Morgan Rushworth XTS (2 Chuck) Compact Tube Fibre Laser
The Morgan Rushworth XTS Compact (2 Chuck) Tube Laser features a semi-automatic loading mode, efficiently handling Automatic loading and cutting tasks. For tubes with diameters ranging from 20 to 360mm. It adopts a side-mounted machine tool structure, with a front chuck equipped with a clearance function, and is fitted with a fully Servo-controlled floating support.
Supporting automatic loading of various tube profiles including; round tubes, rectangular tubes, square tubes, channel steel, i-beams, and custom shaped tubes – reducing labour requirements.
The XTS features chuck-clearance cutting capability, allowing the cutting head to automatically move between the front and rear chucks for cutting, achieving the shortest possible tail-off and maximising material utilisation.
