Here at Selmach, our team is our most important asset! From the machinery consultants who advise our customers on the best solutions for their requirements, to the operations team and engineers who prepare, deliver and install our machinery, as well as our service team who handles any queries, repairs and servicing required. Anthony Bushnell

Joined in July 2008

Responsibilities include ensuring Selmach is meeting its targets and financial budgets, as well as making sure we are providing customers with quality products and services. Anthony aims to keep team morale high at all times.

Bruce Bushnell

Joined in January 2000

Bruce’s main role as Sales Director is to lead the sales team, as well as looking after his own area of clients. With expertise across the entire product range, Bruce has a wealth of knowledge to share.

Hugh Bushnell

Founder of Selkent Industrial in 1992 leading to the opening of Selmach in 2013.

Hugh enjoys getting out and about visiting potential and existing customers and quoting on large core machinery; in particular college and training centre projects.

Working with clients to identify the best solution for their metalworking machinery requirements. With 10 years as a fabricator and 6 years in sales for Bison Machinery, Clint has a wealth of knowledge in the industry.

Joined in January 2018

Warwick’s remit is the smaller machinery in our offering which includes bandsaws, circular saws, steelworkers, section rollers & sheet rollers to name a few…! He is also on hand to provide technical support / trouble-shooting on your machinery consumables.

Coordinating the full process of a machine breakdown from the initial request all the way through to arranging the engineer visit and processing the paperwork. Tina also coordinates parts enquires for repairs and replacements.

Assisting the Operations Coordinator, the Health & Safety Officer and the Service Team with a variety of tasks. Sharon is also responsible for handling all general office admin, vital for the smooth-running of the business.
