Not many people would buy a car without test driving one first, so that’s why we ensure we stock as much of our product range in our showroom as possible. Our Showroom has over 65 machines in it available for demonstration purposes, plus much more in stock besides.

Section Rollers
Our range of Morgan Rushworth Section Rollers are highly capable, whether your bending hard way or easy way, you can try any of the machines from the range, from the small PSR35 to one of the HSR-3 machines for really thick sections.
Section Rollers are ideal for rolling circles in round or square bar and tubes, whether it’s to form perfect circles, slight curves or even spirals, the possibilities are endless!

Sheet Rolls
Our range of Morgan Rushworth and MG Sheet Rolls are available in a massive range of dimensions, top roll diameters and assorted features.
Perfect for rolling sheet materials into partial or full circular rolls. The majority of our machines can also be used for Cone or Taper Rolling too.

Horizontal Bending Presses
Hydraulic horizontal bending machines are ideal for precision bending, straightening, punching and shearing. Available with a range of capacities and with a large range of optional tooling, these machines are capable of performing a whole variety of bending operations.
From simple v-dies and basic punches, to tube bending, bar straightening, custom dies, gas-spring punches and so much more these highly versatile machines can do.

H-Frame Presses
The H-Frame Press is a heavily constructed and extremely robust piece of equipment that can be transformed into a press brake by one simple tool change. The benefits of a press brake can be achieved with this much more affordable and compact tool and is therefore suited for the smaller workshop..
With a Hydraulic Ram, and optional machines with moving rams, adjustable work tables, hand pumps, foot pedal controllers, t-slots and more, these machines are highly versatile.

Steelworkers
The Morgan Rushworth range of HSW and HST five-station Steelworkers are strong workhorses even in the modern era of CNC machinery.
The single operator or dual operator models enable you to punch, notch and shear flat, square and tubular material. With a range of punches available too, you can punch square, round and slots, as well as a range of specialist punches too. From notching out for Galvanising, Radius Corners or Countersinking, there’s a range of specialist punches.

Box and Pan Folders
Our range of Morgan Rushworth Box and Pan Folders begins with the simple, manual machine, all the way up to a full blown CNC enabled machine.

Pillar Drills
The range of SL and SR Meyer Pillar Drills caters for the whole range of use-cases. From the budget belt-driven SL models, all the way up to the impressive SR70TAE. There is a drill for every scenario!

Tube Benders
From simple Manual Tube Benders, to Hydraulic and Mandrel Tube Benders, we have an extensive range available, as well as stocking tooling and formers for our various models.
As stockists of CBC Tube Benders, the ever popular CBC UNI60 is capable of a multitude of bending operations, and with the plane of bend indicator you can bend complex tubular parts with ease.

Measuring & Feeding Systems
The PEHU LMS range of measuring and feeding systems opens up a world of possibilities for Bandsaws and Circular saws. From eliminating the need for a tape measure, to fully automating an otherwise manual cutting process.
The manual systems can make measuring material quick, effortless and repeatable, whereas the feeding systems mean you can enable PLC style automation to a manually cutting saw.

Laser Welding
The range of IPG Laser Welders opens up new possibilities in welding. With such an easy to learn system, non-welders can quickly be producing professional welds on simpler parts, freeing up your existing welders to focus on the more complex items.
With 4 different machines currently available, there’s options all the way up to 8mm Mild or Stainless Steel or Aluminium as well as optional cleaning modes too. Wire-feeding improves strength too, with up to 2x 1.6mm Wire Feeding capabilities.
